Florida Auto Subrogation

Welcome to the website of Neil E. Polster, P.A., a Florida subrogation law firm limiting its subrogation practice to automobile claims involving property damage and-or bodily injuries. The firm was founded in 1992 by Attorney Neil E. Polster who has handled thousands of automobile subrogation cases with his clients receiving an exceptionally high average recovery.* The firm's success is attributable to its concentration on automobile cases; CollectMax software; bi-lingual collectors (Spanish); and Neil E. Polster's extensive experience in automobile subrogation, collections and trial work.

The firm litigates auto subrogation cases throughout Florida on a contingency fee basis.  We endeavor to settle presuit, so as to reduce the fees and court costs our clients would otherwise pay. We also try to keep miscellaneous costs as low as possible, so as to maximize net recoveries. Towards that end, the firm does not charge for such costs as copying, long-distance telephone calls, travel expense, and database searches for wrongdoers and their assets.

The firm strives to meet the special requirements of its clients. Monthly status reports and payment methods can be customized to meet their needs. Phone calls and e-mails receive prompt replies. Client questions regarding the law are answered. Free in-house seminars are available for the recovery departments of insurance carriers and self-insured companies. The needs of the client come first at Neil E. Polster, PA.
